is building me a .20 Anderson Magnum. It will shoot a .50 BMG case necked down to .20 and fire frangible depleted uranimun bullets. A special chronograph will have to be built just to time the speed of this thing. High angle shots will not be possible due to the probability of the bullet achieving low earth orbit, but level shots out to about 2000 yards should be dead-on.
Ok................match that!!!!! ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

KOKO,
Yep, a good coyote zapper with a barrel life of maybe three rounds?

Wouldn't it be better to use a .224" barrel? Less friction, longer barrel life, etc.?

Leonard is right of course. You could maybe get four or five shots before you replace the stainless liner. Think of the savings man, the savings! ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Money is of no concern when it comes to going after these $10 S/W coyote pelts!!!
A secret blend of smokeless powder, Pyrodex & corn meal combined with Moly coated bullets should extend barrel life to upwards of 10 shots. If I do my part and only shoot when one coyote is in front of another, that should come out to at least 20 coyotes per barrel.

Koko, seat each of those 20rounds .005 further out than the previous. Hopefully, that'll keep your land engagement distance same/same after melting the throat away with each shot...

Knockemup......I mean down; That's a great idea. I'll color code my brass to insure the proper firing order.
This is gonna be big!!!!!
I wonder, if I'm in Az. and shoot a coyote four countys away in New Mex, would I need a license for both states or just one????? ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Kokok, you have a special problem when shooting more than three counties in an easterly direction. Remember to compensate for earth rotation after sunrise. Oh fudge, you probably already thought of that? Never mind.
But, I still think shooting twenty caliber bullets in a twenty-two caliber barrel is the answer to extended barrel life, maybe a progressive ½ & ½ ? Be the first, on your block, eh?

El Bee; I'm having a special scope built that will compute all of thse factors & more with an on board micro processing system. The company's name escapes me at the moment, but they're the ones that used to advertise the binoculars that you could see a mile with on the back pages of Argosy & True magazines. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
