I bought a MK4 4.5-14x50mm LRT scope from a friend the other day and it had a thick german #4 reticle in it, that he had installed but didn't like. He was told he could send it back in and they would change it free of charge, so he did.

He sent it off to Leupold on Wed the 4th, it took till Tue the 10th to get there and I got it back this morning the 16th, sent 3 day select free of charge.

I have had very few problems with Leupold scopes but if I ever do I know they will take care of me. That's why I buy Leupold.

Lupe service is tops. But then in 30 years and owning several dozen Lupe's I've never had an occasion to try it.
