And, I KNOW about waiting at EMERGENCY! Three times in the last 6 weeks, I know. And I know about priorities, who waits and who is seen as soon as possible.
But Biden is at best, a total JERK to throw his weight around as a favor to a friend. Gotta wonder what other kinds of favors he is doing every day?

You need to move to Safford.
Our Medical Center is top notch !!! My wife recently had an issue with a pinched nerve in her neck. I pulled up to the Emergency Entrance and a nurse met me at the door. (Ok, I was parked on the sidewalk, but still ...) I told the nurse that my wife needed help and a wheelchair was there. They wheeled her in for a couple of questions while I parked the truck proper. By the time I walked in she was in a bed and being evaluated for treatment.
Say what you want about my little town (we're going to get a stop-light any day now) but there are advantages to living here.

Oh, ......... and at the swap meet today there was a 38-55 lever action w/ammo.
No idea what it would be good for but it had 'Panache' written all over it. Totally cool !!!!

I'll take it! what do I owe? Quanto Dinero? Quanto ammo?
By the way, would it be out of line to ask the brand, or maker, if you know how to get that info off the receiver?

As I was going to the next stand a cowboy was expressing interest in it.
$800 ............ late 1800s ......... needed re-bluing. I have no idea who the manufacturer was.

Well, as a matter of fact, I do own a Marlin 1883 44-40 which has seen some use.... but I've never fired it. Situation: motivated seller and some dink with $$ burning a hole in his pocket. Now what?
