And he is still alive after the lobotomy, Another reason to always carry hollow points. You just can not depend on FMJ to do the job. I thought it was interesting that there were two shell casings at the scene. The gun double discharged when it fell? Sure.

Yeah but! There are several records of somebody being shot by his dog who accidentally stepped on the trigger of his shotgun while letting him out the back of his camper shell....twice, I dunno?
