But note the renewals every five years and if you let it lapse, because of forgetfulness, they can and will confiscate. So, it's like every Liberal "Common Sense" gun law, what they want is to identify who you are, who has what, and a legal mechanism for busting down your door and taking your shit.

The 2nd amendment is the only one that states "shall not be infringed" yet they keep infringing on it.
