Anyone ever had any problems of compressing your ankle joint?
Seems like that has started now. Especially if I wear a certain pair of shoes and stand any time at all on it.
Finally home and off of it and ice on it. Looks like a day of lazing away in a chair with the leg propped up

I have not a clue what she's talking about? Compressing an ankle joint? I've never worn high heels either, that could explain it?

Good hunting. El Bee

Any amount of walking or standing is inflaming the joint. It is swelling and feels like it's broke

Everything I looked up kept hinting to a sprained ankle.
Haven't twisted it or even turned it.
But it said over bending on it or tip toe can cause a nerve in the ankle to be compressed to much and causes the problem.
Anterior towards the front of the ankle or another word for back of the ankle. Kind of have it in both areas. Oh joy. Love this age thing.

I just have a toothache. That will focus your attention.

Dentures can be a hassle sometimes but unless my teeth start growing back in, I ain't never having another tooth-ache. [Razz]
