edit: BTW "apparently", most of the cities around here had a 6 o'clock curfew last night but bedroom community Upland didn't. What a relief!

I think the same way but to read the replies from the 'hood, they had a completely different opinion. Something like, "hitting a woman" or uncalled for police brutality. They apparently feel that there is no retribution for their actions. It seems to me that whenever a citizen strikes an officer, they retaliate, but more so and then stuff you and cuff you and arrest your ass. So, where these guys are, they aren't looking at it as reality. Or, it's just bullshit. It's like Democrats don't get charged but Republicans always do! And, if a Democrat steals money, we never hear the party affiliation. But if a Republican congressman is accused, not proved or convicted, they always include the "Republican" part in the report.
Democrats don't play fair, and black people apparently think they can strike a cop and the cop should just stand there and take it. Take the video for instance. Normally you would think striking a cop twice would be a felony, right? But this is a woman and she's black, so she can sue the police department for brutality and RACISM!. That's how it works.
