This crap about "armor piercing bullets" has a problem defining what armor piercing is? Unless I'm wrong, just about any rife bullet will pierce the vests that cops wear? Then, as you go from a 5.56mm armor piercing round, whatever they are called the 855 green tip? Then you look at any garden variety 308, and it will zip through both sides of a protective vest, except those with special ceramic or hardened metal plates.

My point is, a slippery slope. They could be looking at uninformed people advising "executive action" in regards to an issue about which they know very little. Read on~

Thanks! I have not heard a thing but I swear, in one report somewhere there was an image of an AR!

I used to have an SKS. Gave it to my grandson and he left it in the truck unlocked and now he doesn't have it.

But, I regretted giving it away, I actually liked it as the perfect boot gun. I even had dies for it, I think I still do? I was loading regular 308 bullets instead of the .311 and the open sight accuracy was very acceptable.

I think I paid $80 for it?

Remember "cop killer bullets" back during the Clinton administration? Basically the same thing. One more boogyman for the left. I seriously doubt that an armor piercing bullet has ever been used in a crime and if they have I'll bet it's rare.

Yeah, I think there is still some law against "Black Eagle" or some expanding bullet that will cut a surgeon finger as he probes to retrieve a bullet. But, stupid people seem to accept stupid reasons and stupid arguments from stupid people. or, is it from dishonest people? Same difference.

Maybe it's called Black Talon, but I think citizens cannot buy them; too dangerous. Ridiculous, a dangerous bullet! Like "armor piercing".
