So far the National Anthem, I "think" the chick was overly dramatic and messed up the lyrics, which is rather common.

If anybody sees a particularly ignorant commercial, help me out.

Right now, the Mountain Dew commercial for some new drink I thought was pretty stupid.

Other than that, I'm torn. Prefer NFC, but I'm going with New England. They punt. HoHum

Good hunting. El Bee

TurboTax, Boston Harbor. Don't get it?

edit: sticking my neck out and declaring the Katey Couric and Brian Gumble comm as worst of first quarter even though it's not over. Losers!

Terrible pass by Brady? No Pats in sight?

Real snore fest, 0-0 thus far.

Carnival with a pointless commercial?

Carl's Jr usually has the best commercials even tho they get banned and I agree the bryant Dumbo & katee cocklick beemer ad is the automatic loser by default.

McDonalds - incoherent?

Katie Perry? Sure has low standards in bed partners. I might turn her down, if she calls? Let me think about it.

edit: here comes the winner first half, Fiat. Some old guy drops his Viagra. HaHa.

Blacklist, second place

edit: Hello? Yeah, Katie. Let me check my dance card and get back to ya.

edit: ya know, I have driven past that stadium dozens of times, but it's always distracting. Very interesting looking building.
TOUCH DOWN NE!

NE just gave away 6 pts. Maybe 7? Kinda disgusting.

NBC needs to recruit some younger announcers.

edit: Katie, you have a show to do, quit bothering me!

more rerun commercials than I expected.

Damn that Jack in the box looks good!

Brady needs to up his game. Now. They need to score on this possession.

edit: you know, historically, I always watched the SuperBowl at a casino in Nevada. When I was a little more hung ho.

edit: they REALLY need to score on this possession. (NE)

Strange plays. New England deserves it.

Clown stuff ensues....

STILL eighteen sec. left?

New England wins in bizarre finish. Glad it's over.

Commercials weren't nearly as bad as I thought. I was wrong.

Good hunting. El Bee

I was working on my archery range..........did I miss some kind of game or something ???

I watched that game and the commercials were some of the lamest geared for children commercials I have seen. They all sucked except for maybe one. And that was for Victorias Secret and all that they had going was some fine looking babes.

Weird finish for sure. I'm kinda surprised Seattle didn't run the ball ?

Worst call in Super Bowl history...goes along with the commercials--they were just disappointing.

I liked the Doritos when pigs fly late in the second half, but that was the only one.

Carroll should have his balls deflated for not pounding Lynch 3 times from a yard out.

Having played tight end and linebacker in high school, I have to give props to the rookie that intercepted that ball. Wilson throws bullets, and that is a fete to have been able to hang on to that thing at that range.

Dave: I wouldn't be surprised the coach doesn't get fired over that one.

As far as commercials, I haven't seen all of them yet. We recorded the game and started watching it an hour and a half later. We blew though the commercials and half time to watch the game. What a great game IMHO. While drinking coffee this morning, we watched commercials up to half time. We will finish the half time show and the rest of the commercials tomorrow morning.

Wow, you are the kind of guy that could save a lot of money buying yesterday's newspapers. Now that it's over...it's over. Unless (of course) you are a real football addict.

There you have it. One guy thinks "pigs fly" is a good commercial and another thinks it was possibly the worst? But, I agree, there was much that was geared to children, possibly man child, like, they finally played the Carl's Jr with the BABE.

My point is, this game has devolved. I am almost ashamed to mention that I remember the first one, played at the Rose Bowl. There was no broadcast TV, pay per view was a foreign concept back then. People were fabricating antennas to steal the signal. I guess it's changed a bit in 49 years. Whoopie!

Good hunting. El Bee
