Gov. Jerry Brown Signs California Gun Restriction

Gov. Jerry Brown has signed a bill making California the first state that allows family members to ask a judge to remove firearms from a relative who appears to pose a threat.

Brown announced the bill signing Tuesday. It was proposed by several Democrats and responds to a deadly rampage in May near the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Supporters had said such a measure could have prevented the attacks, winning out over critics who said it would erode gun rights.

Law enforcement authorities in Connecticut, Indiana and Texas can seek a judge's order allowing them to seize guns from people they deem to be a danger.

The new California law gives law enforcement the same option but also extends it to family members. (AP)

Wow! so your loving wife stops paying the bills to pay for her 10k tit job and support her meth habit (for weight control) and is fukin a cop who lets her break laws in exchange for some ass decides that when the ignorant hubby finds out he's going to go crazy... So the crooked cop talks the whore into claiming the hubby gets mad at her for little things and hunts (owns guns)and can't be trusted, yeah I understand why this is a good law.

Dave, for the last couple weeks or so, my wife has been researching Idaho. We keep threatening to move somewhere, and we are thinking Idaho or Texas, but dont really know shit about either one. Some close friends are moving to Texas and that's just sort of spurring us on.

Ive been looking at stuff around your area, sorta maybe looking for a job opening someplace, then working up the nerve to do something about it.

Im just so sick of this place, Im ready to do anything at this point I think.

Mark, that's interesting. With your background if you desire to work @ a JD store, you will find work here in due time.

It doesn't even have to be here, the Treasure Valley. There are JD stores all across southern Idaho. The Oregon border to close to Wyoming is some dang nice area's vast farm country.

Where, I'm at has become slightly more metro, than my liking, but, it's all good.

If ya ever want to chat. I'll give you my e-mail or phone.

Peace.

I forgot my e-mail isn't in my profile. It's shugy01@cableone.net

No pressure though.. [Big Grin]

As far as the original topic goes. That's pretty scary when you think about it. If it starts in Kalifornia we all know what happens. It could & probably will, become the norm in other places.

Thank's Liberals.. [Mad]
