This guy talks like diversity is like the Gold Standard, without any evidence?
I mean, I don't mind being the very top category for discrimination for quite a while now. White goes to the bottom of the list. Male goes to the back of the line. Senior, white, and male will be happily rejected in favor of somebody with questionable skills, but is black or female or some other form of Identity Politics that gives preference to somebody based on everything but talent, skill, intelligence and ability. Forgive me but I always thought those were pretty good standards, but not no more....and I know that's a double negative but so what?
Promoting people that don't deserve it is an ignorant policy, yet here in this article, it is celebrated. It just further illustrates how screwed up is the Liberal mindset.
So, check out his argument and maybe it will make sense to you, but I doubt it?
