The troubles of the city of Philadelphia are ended because they have found the only person in America that can solve things. You must look long and hard to find just the right qualifications, young, little experience and especially, female and black.
Liberals have a lot to answer for their social engineering. This will not work, but the Federal government will provide millions to help, as if dollars are what is needed. Suggestion: how about looking for someone able to do the job rather than physical looks? I will take a wild ass guess and suggest that there are one million Caucasian males more qualified to do that job and were never under consideration because.... White! Because Male! This is no way to hire a police chief!
