Turns out, he has more than 50 items on his wish list, capital projects for Kommiefornia. But, he forgot to list the Oroville Dam! Meanwhile, his stupid Bullet Train to nowhere is a high priority, but it's doubtful that it will ever run between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Read on!
