Well, I finally got helpful information from a chick that was barely understandable. I don't even know, but yes! I believe she is in the Philippines!
Anyway, the story is network tech problems and I do not need to keep contacting them, phone or web. Problem should go away, "bear with us" sort of message.
Best I can do right now. Cripes, renewal in March is $503!
