issues on Huntmasters for 20 fucking years! I used to hunt mule deer exactly where Ivanpaugh is now inaccessible, and where they incinerate thousands of birds every day.
This bird makes some strong points, and the counter by the radicals is the same as 40 years ago about the Diablo Nuclear plant; gee! it's not safe! Extremely safe, unless you build it on the shore where they have significant Tsunami's. Oh yeah, Chernobyl? Yeah, the fucking Russians can't do anything right; what's maintenance? Have you seen the 100 year nuclear boneyard they have on the Kola peninsula?

I meant to add that while this video has some excellent talking points, and his solution is nuclear, it's completely obvious that we have abundant resources of natural gas which has ZERO pollution, and is relatively cheap. There's your answer to all these "green" schemes.
It's so fucking obvious, I can't believe we are spending ANYTHING on goddamned wind turbines and solar farms!

I agree with nuclear also. As for Ivanpaugh ....we used to land sail and kite buggy there, launch our experimental rockets and in the evenings we would mess with all those stupid kit foxes that live there. Bet you can't do much of that there anymore. And those solar arrays are as butt ugly as those damned wind generators. Just sad is all.
