A retired Navy veteran's guns were stolen by the ATF, and he did nothing wrong. Warning, I guarantee this video will piss you off. The problem I see is who would dare call the ATF and complain about them doing this? NO ONE!!!

That's the problem with a fucking Gestapo outfit. They don't need violations, just suspicions. This deal sounds like it could have been any one of us, had we knocked on a door and then went out to a trunk. That's practically "case closed" for those assholes.
The clue was ignored. When this merchant said, without prompting, that he was being watched. Then, he thinks, I'm good, just open the trunk, which is how every illegal transaction begins.
Anyway, the ATF is a very anti-gun organization. They don't need very much proof when they have those energetic prosecutors looking for brownie points for convictions on gun charges, legit or not. The problem is that the current Administration is rabid on any sort of chickenshit gun regs or violations.
It's just better to stay off the radar, and like was mentioned, sure, we don't keep records, wink-wink, but we know that you have more, so don't feed us a line of bull by saying you need your property to defend yourself. That was a foot in the mouth admission that these records that they are not allowed, by law to keep said records, in fact; they do keep those records. Of course they keep those records.
Secret undercover Coyote God's method of meeting in the Walmart parking lot, is one way to detect surveillance. The only thing it doesn't help with is if the seller intends to rob a prospective buyer of his cash and enforce it with the firearm the buyer is interested in. I don't know how you beat that setup, but I assume he has a way? In fact, why don't we prevail upon him to explain what to look for and how the avoid getting scammed by a shady character? If given a choice, do not try to rob someone who has a concealed weapon stuck in his pants and is also an expert with any weapon, and may be able to beat you to death with his hands, if need be; and lucky for you that he's practically a senior citizen. Be warned!
