Got my A1C to 6.2 from 7.2 in 6 month.
Got the shot in the shoulder and now it's asleep somewhat and feels really good.

Dodged rocks and elk. Deer were smart enough to stand still and watch. Dodged more rocks on the way back.
Just tired and numb from the 3 hour drive down and back.
My doc says use common sense with this CV stuff and you should be good to go.

Blood sugar count. They can do A1C anything over 7 isn't real good.
You can test at home and that will read in numbers, Anything over 100 after a certain amount of you are considered type II diabetic.

He's not the only one that doesn't know what A1C means, although I have seen it on countless TV commercials. I have never had a great deal of diabetes in my family so no reason to be aware of it. But, I know I don't want it! Seems like it affects your diet and then there is 2 types? One they call Juvenile, what's the other, adult? One means you have to take insulin, I guess by injections and testing, via poking your finger? That's exactly everything I know about it. And, it's serious, nothing to joke about, people die because their blood chemistry is out of wack. Some people just need to be careful about what they eat.

I'm on pills and diet watching. Just wait until you're on warfrin and having to watch your vitamin K intake. That's when it gets tricky. Nothing green or sea food it's all high in vitamin K. And you have to be consistent week to week. Glad I'm off the warfrin.

You just watch your sugars use a lot of fake sugars have to watch the sugar alcohols too. No fruits, chocolate or not much. Dark chocolate is better than milk chocolate. If you get cravings eat a little and don't binge. Which is harder than you think. Also if you can lower your weight that will help a lot. You eat a lot of proteins.

Type I is usually insulin usage.

I found this drink at the chiropractor call Blood Sugar Balance and have been drinking 2 teaspoons a day. I don't know what else I'm doing different?

I dodged Warfin (pharmacy grade rat poison) when I was on blood thinner. Glad to be shuck of it. Cuts would never seem to stop bleeding even with the Styptic Pencil that I carried.

And even more good news;
Happy Equinox !!!! Spring is here and it's gonna get warmer. [Smile]

Late Easter KOKO not warm real soon ! not sure which type but one diabetes is because you have a pancreas that does not produce insulin you must take injections . the other is due to poor diet and exercise and is treated by eating properly and moving . I had friends as a youth that had to take insulin daily I kept hard candy in my pockets just in case, had to use it a few times . First day of spring we had 3 inches of snow . went to Prescott for Chemo they were introducing a new chemical that can have adverse effects so they put it in over six hours she came thru like a chief no problems at all so next time hour and a half !
