I read about an event a few years ago where there were some tourists, average citizens that were viewing wildlife. It wasn't Yellowstone, I don't believe, but some kind of a part. Somebody drives up, gets out shoots a bull elk and shocks everybody while he loads it in his pickup. He was just a native American exercising his treaty rights. And, that could be a problem for some people, you know, the optics?
