Merry Christmas in August! According to the source http://bit.ly/silvester-v-harrisdecision ,
I hope this ruling makes it thru the appeals process!!!! Basically it rules that someone who has already passed California's 10 day waiting period AND PASSED shouldn't be forced to serve another 10 day waiting period for any new firearm purchases.

It's okay, it is the thought that counts. Also, the logic of the ruling is crystal clear, maybe clear enough for a Liberal to understand? Nope, they will probably appeal. <sigh>

Busted! Sorry bout that, a family member from cali sent it via text this am. She works for a fed agency that rhymes with lotis learner. Libs are afraid this and twinkle toes (brown eye) declaration that calif borders are open to any and all "new americans" might cause the San Andreas Fault line to finally do its thing.
LB, what are the local news outlets saying about this ruling????

Blackout, near as I can tell, head in the sand type of response, ya know?
Almost makes me want to rush out and demand an instant background check and walk out with my new Uzi.
As far as Fairy Jerry, Governor Moonbeam, I am so pissed at his response to the water shortage, I could just SPIT !
All that fresh water being diverted out into San Francisco Bay, supposedly to benefit some goddamned minnow just makes my blood boil! Meanwhile, they are cutting up groves of dead trees all up and down I-5 for firewood! SUM TING WONG.
Good hunting. El Bee
PS but just think about it. I already own a S&W M&P Shield 40S&W, but I still have to wait ten days as a "cooling off period" before picking up my new Bushmaster! What a joke!

Yeah, I never understood that...I have many guns (bought/registered in CA) but I still have to have a 'cooling off' period for every one I buy after the first one? If I wanted to shoot my wife cause I caught her with someone else, I aint gonna go buy a brand new gun to do it with. At least..I think, never waste an opportunity to buy a new gun is what I always say. You know like.. "never let a good crisis go to waste".
