Any chance at re-scheduling? Will the weather in that area allow for something in February? March?

ok then, but what happened to the local constituency?
Fuck, if I could drive to the Campout within a day, attending would be a forgone conclusion!
Even skipped going to Nebraska last month in expectation of coming next week. Shit just has a way of working out, or not.
Anyhoo, if you guys can come up with another date, please avail the info!

I'm prob wrong but I just take these things seriously. There is no end to the events that can potentially intrude on plans, but I understand and accept that I must occasionally make sacrifices to honor the commitments I have made. No biggie, but that's just me. I know I'm overreacting and apologize, everybody has their own reasons and I hold no one responsible except me.

Damn, I am going out there (AZ) anyways, for the 11-15 Jan, and any extra days I can get off work. If I don't get out there soon, Brent and Vic will have killed them all. 6 years until I retire, maybe earlier, then I can go when ever I freaking want and don't have to worry about keeping my day job.

Sorry Guys, You can still visit with Paul. (I think?)
Who knows, I might be the surprise mystery guest?
Have fun and talk about me if you like? It's a balmy 30deg in Ash Fork this morning.

It's in the 30's here. Though some guy in a big boat with animals floated by, think his name was Noah. Lots of flooding in the St. Louis area.
Don't remember the official count, but I think we got 9-12 inches of rain last week.

Well as it turns out it will be snowing in Ash Fork most all week. not a real problem except what happen is the roads thaw around 11:00 A.M. leaving mud that is in many cases impassible. and it tears up the roads where it is passible. the coyotes are breeding and not coming readily to the call with their minds on other things. Oct. seems to be the month for Campouts. I for one will be staying away till the roads dry up a bit. otherwise is hunt till 10:00 and stay in all day.

Dont you just hate that? Tracking all that mud into the cab while knocking as much off as possible!
Arizona has that, cold as hell on any given night but then you get a thaw and slush all day long. Now, as soon as the sun goes down, that slush freezes and you are driving on "glass". Some grades become damned near impassable without chains.
In other words, those conditions suck!
Good hunting. LB

I was going to try and make it this year, but I came down with a cold starting New Years eve so we stayed home that night and went to bed at 10:00 pm.
