Note also that your income tax is "voluntary compliance".
Mayhap they will bring in Seven of Nine (Star Trek reference) to do "You will comply" PSA's.
Then the 'experts' can lecture us on virus mutations the way the flu does every year requiring a new flu shot and we may need a new Covid shot every year.
And a certificate to show that you have complied.
"Please step over here, sir. Your papers are NOT in order".
