I just read the complete text of the opinion on Obamacare.
Wow, SCALIA, J., filed a dissenting opinion, in which THOMAS and ALITO, JJ., joined.
Scalia really ripped them a new ass!
The point is, the Democrats were so giddy in drafting a sloppily worded law, that the Administration has to provide guidance and the Supreme Court is as helpful as possible. As Scallia said, apparently words no longer have meaning.

We are fucked. The GOP will not allow a conservative in the republican party to get anywhere.
Boener will punish them if they vote conservative. So we're stuck with liberal moderates at best, RINO's. How are we ever going to get a decent SCOTUS with all the far left appointments and moderates like John Roberts.
I hear elections matter, but I seriously don't think they do anymore.
