I paid them almost a month ago and they shut me down, overnight!
It has taken all fucking morning to straighten it out.... and they admitted nothing!

Oh was that the reason for the short lock out?

Yeah, I had to get my "Guru" involved. (my son in law) Now they are sending me a refund. Or, actually, I'm not sure how I will get it, might be just a credit?
But, when a tech company like that fucks up, you know the expertise is going the was of a college education, it self. That MASTERS ain't very significant beyond a piece of paper if they still can't make change without a calculator. edit: and can't spell!
