if there is anything to be forever grateful to Mich McConnell for, it was his expertise in preventing Merrick Garland from becoming a Supreme Court Justice!
Now look at his latest anti freedom anti American, anti Second Amendment effort, the Anti American Red Flag laws! If you don't know, this is the mechanism
by which your guns can be taken away by anybody dreaming up charges and without any legal methods, the government can take away your guns just because somebody has a concern about your competency and without any legal procedures, they take your firearms, for your own good, for safekeeping, for a period of at least 5 years! This is patently Anti American and particularly UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
But, they mean well. But, just to be safe, and for your own good, without a court trial, somebody can make a charge and it's very similar to the charge where the prosecutor asks: "When did you stop beating your wife?"
This is a very bad law, and as sure as night follows day, it will be abused! So, Merrick Garland is coaching local officials on how to seize the guns of law abiding citizens.
It has to be STOPPED!

Yeah like you said Leonard. Thank God he doesn’t have a lifetime appointment. Hopefully his days are numbered. Less than 9 months. He is definitely one Evil SOB!!!!
