It finally worked.
Haven't been able to login for a good month now.
login portal wouldn't show the user name or password.

Why would you ever log out? You can stay logged in forever unless you deliberately log out.

I clean my history out weekly and when you do it deletes all of the logins. So it's a pain but the computer runs a lot better. Otherwise I don't log out at all.

Then, the most important thing, or information you need to write down or remember is your MEMBER NUMBER! Everything else, like your log in name gets shaky, because of caps or lower case.
You know, you could type in;
EARTHWALKER, or
Earthwalker, or
earthwalker
and then you still don't know what you are doing wrong, but the search feature for this program is 20 years old and if you provide me a number, that always works. So, write it down! I know it doesn't stick in your head, like a password QWERTY, etc. but that's the way this thing is built, and like they say, Just once, I wish the computer would say: Okay, close enough!
