Rich,
Yeah, we always wanna see more!
I had the great pleasure, several years ago, of trying out Bofire's Cronk Bison Howler... and lit up the scablands, where we were camped, with replies.

Rich, If the weather in Iowa is as bad tomorrow (blizzard) as is was here today in Okla don't go to town just to mail the Howler. Wait until the roads clear just to be safe. Waiting a couple extra days doesn't bother me one bit. Thank you sir,

post a pic of a smaller one if you have one Rich. i like them "needle" calls i've thought of getting a big custom call many times but when i'm out calling, i 'm usually prone and a call laying under my chest just don't work.

It depends on the draw LB. I might have to melt a couple Liberty heads for protection since silver tips are now like our pezadent "black and undependable"

Bear, No "needle" howlers here, only the real thing. I do make smaller howlers, but I have my limits ya know. I will make up a smaller howler and post it up for yahall. That's Okie for You All.

Rich made me one of his smaller Buffalo horn howlers, and I like it better than any howler I own. It fits my hand just right and it will really sing.

"i've thought of getting a big custom call many times but when i'm out calling, i 'm usually prone and a call laying under my chest just don't work." -------------------------------------- When calling the open country, I often wish I could go prone. In my younger days, I was very active in Judo. My neck was injured too many times, and I can't lay on my belly and raise my head up far enough to call in prone position. It pinches a nerve in my spine, and I start seeing double real quick. Really strange I know, but I just live with it. I only know of one howler that would work for you, and that is your own vocal chords. You can learn to voice howl, just practice a lot.
