Well here it is.
So those of you who have read my other posts will know who it is waving at you as I truck on by.

If you see an ugly Ford flashing his lights, stop and visit.
Edit: Nice rig, how do you keep blood out of the carpet?

HEH! Well after the FIRST time and the angry wife trying to hit me around the head and shoulders with a broken bottle I learned that going to an office supply store and picking up a few of those computer chair on the carpet roller board things made of plastic went a long way. Also, I always carry a few hefty bags with me.
I am hoping to get a nice winch, the wife vetoed me getting a wench, as well as some nice halogens.
Anyone else have some nice mod ideas?

If you see a kind of surly looking dude that doesn't wave, go by in this:

That's me
.
Just kidding... I'll wave at every red ZJ I see out there from now on

Grayman,
If your wife is like mine, she's too short to see the top of her Grand Cherokee.
So I toss the coyotes on top of her lugage rack.
Dust will turn all leaks into a brown color as fast as they appear. Then just hose it down when you get home!

It's not blood that I fear, since hunting with the Higgins curse doesn't provide much. No, what I fear is Arizona pinstripes; or more correctly, I fear my wife. I really feel sorry for my friends, out there along the road with pruning shears. Nope, haven't seen much blood, lately.
I think I'm going to get my Dodge running, she don't care what that looks like. No air!
Well, she cares, sorta. She wants me to park it over at my son's house, where it would definitely add to curb appeal.
What I really covet is Tim's red flatbed. That is the most perfect platform for tossing coyotes I have ever seen! If careful, I think you could get 30 on there, crosshatched? Definitely no worries about "pinstripes".
Good hunting. LB

Gee Leonard,
I was expecting you to tell him his lil red truck looks like something to "tool" around on campus?

I’m not usually one to recommend modifications. In the mid ’90’s I worked for a Ford dealer that also carried the Jeep line, so I got to drive all the new rigs when they came in to make sure everything worked, including the 4X4. Behind the dealership we had a small hill that would twist the frame a bit as you went up. It wasn’t too difficult to lift a tire and have to back off. The suspension didn’t travel far enough for that little obstacle. Of course we were limited in how serious we could try. Probably would have been fine if we could get a bit of a run at it, we were just crawling. I don’t know maybe they fixed that?

It's not much of a ditch unless your fan shreads the radiator cowling. I also like steel motor mounts.
Ah yes, that short Jeep wheelbase actually has one or two benefits....besides jaring your fillings loose.
Good hunting. LB

Krusty,
You do not "tool" around campus in a v8 4x4. Not even thge gayest of my friends could stop the mightyness of a v8 4x4.
I would LOVE to get a little beat up Ford Ranger pup truck though. That would fufill all my "tooling" needs.

Grayman,
I have a feeling there's a lot more V8 4x4 Jeep Commanches on campus, than there are fuel injected hardtop Samurias.
(*My cousin drove a older body style one, at UNLV)
Besides it was a joke, because Leonard told me my lil red truck looked "...like something to tool around on campus."
