Locohead, or Danny Guevara, I may have botched the last name?
So he calls me last night and as usual, needed his password! This man calls every five years or so and wants his password.
But, in this case, while I was doing a search of membership, which is long and tedious, he kept maying other inquiries, which were distracting, as you might understand.
One of his questions were about this fella in Arizona, heavily into archery. I immediately suggested Richard Rxxxxx? Nope that’s not it, and more helpful descriptive information, at which point, I suggested end RichardRxxxxxx? No, No, that’s not it!
This went on while I fielded more questions and while I was doing what he asked; searching for his password. This HUNTMASTER’s program is very primitive, the search feature is worthless.
He offered a nugget about another former member and promised that he would email a phone number. So, I checked and no, he did not do as he promised, no email and no phone number!
But anyway, he was still fixated on some member in Az that he couldn’t remember; at which point, I interjected for the tenth or twelfth time-Richard Rxxxxx?? No, that’s not it!
And keep in mind that while he is chatting, I am doing a line by line search of my member records, (a very tedious process) and he had more questions designed to distract me but I wouldn’t be deterred !
Richard Rxxxx-xxxxx??? NOPE, THAT’S not it! and immediately went off on a tangent about something else, while I am scrolling records, etc. Ummm? Are you sure you don’t mean Richard Rex xx xxx xx? No, No, that’s not it! he says very possitively.
So, more talk about the good old days, further distracting me, but I perervered! Are you thinking of Richard RXXXX xxxx? maybe? NO, NO! That’s not it/and it went on for several minutes until I found his log in information! And I gave it to him! But what about this archery affectionado? Yeah, I said: RICHARD Rxxxxzzzzxxxx? NOPE, NOPE, that’s not it.
And then after finding his log in information and giving it to him I had a brilliant idea! I said Kokopelli? YE#AH, YEAH! THAT’S IT, THAT’S IT!
So, we solved that question. Now I forget why he wanted to know that information and I had to go to the bathroom.
(no email, no phone number, as of 10:51 am) I might yet hear from him….

Yes, Smoke dancer, lives!
Still no phone number and why did he want his password? Perhaps he plans on posting on HUNTMASTER’S one day?
Have you ever tried looking over computer data, line by line while somebody is asking questions? At some point; I was screaming RICHARD Roos? Nope, that’s not it! Burn I continued offering the same name while he was talking about the good old days, Tim Behle, Victor Rich and the whole gang.
So stand by, he may yet get on and use his password. No email with the phone number I asked for, but it’s only been 24 hours. I admit, I got a little short with him and his questions while I was searching for his log in info. Wonder why he wanted it?
I remember hunting with Smoke Dancer on that campout. We were hunting coyotes, but he got real excited when seeing a small covy of Scaled Quail/let’s go that way! NO< WE ARE HUNTING COYOTES! Remember? He’s a bit attention deficeit type. Maybe? A pleasant man, make no mistake, just kinda jumps around, subject wise.
