I WILL BE AROUND, FOLKS!

i have my recovery, as slow as it is. But, looking back, yes there is improvement. It is agonizingly slow, in my opinion. But, yes, I have to admit that I am improving. I would like to say that it’s about 80-90% NEBULIZER1 And I almost always run out and have to ration the last few. It’s a pharmacy item and i Don’t know if it’s scarce or popular for the fact that I sometimes have to wait for the Albuterol to be either funded or stocked. Doesn’t matter, I get anxious when I can’t get it when I need it!

Speaking of which; I have been taking albuterol followed by a Saline solution. Just very recently, I have been combining the two in one dose. I read about it on line and have been trying it since yesterday.

TAKE CARE, MY FRIENDS!

Thanks, Earthwalker.

My diet consists of pills and coconut water and Ensure. This morning I had two eggs, two small link sausage and a square of hash browns. I ate everything except one sausage and half of the hash browns. That was a real big meal for me. 20 minutes later I was pushing my walker as fast as possible to the bathroom. And I made it in the nick of time!

Yesterday, I was very tired, Had a 2 1/2. hour nap and was up until almost 2am. Still, small exertions tire me out. I have an auto man positioned half way between my recliner and the bathroom. it is right in front of the Oxygen generator. I spend a lot of time stooped over staring at the floor, deep breathing and trying to catch my breath. A trip to the bathroom, (non emergency) starts with bent over, getting up the courage to start the journey. Then I take a break at the automan, and then I take another break when I get to the bedroom or the bathroom. So, that’s a lot of time just to go to the bathroom. I should time it. Masyb3 not.

Got alnuterol yesterday. I always feel good knowing I have a supply without a back order or out of stock. Yes, that happens and causes much anxiety on my part. I hated it at first but it is invaluable! Speaking of the Nebulizer. That’s a major chore, transporting it, relocating it and hooking it up. Thought about buying another one but they are $60, so I drag it from one locatiom to another in the basket on the walker.

I use the walker every time. I learned my lesson, my cane didn’t stop me from crashing headfirst. Oh! By the way, I fell this morning, getting out of bed and heading to the bathroom. I had stopped to empty my urnal and down I went. And couldn’t get up! I had to call for assistance. My son pulled me to my feet. All I have is a red bruise on my forearm underside that is six inches by2 inches. Could be worse, been much worse many times.

How many times did I fall? I thiink, this was #9 or 10? I just faint, it’s a very odd feeling. And, also by the way, I decided agaimst a shower yesterday. NOPE. Decided I wasn’t strong enough. Maybe tomorrow, I need a shave, too.

I have an appointment with my primary care doctor Friday. Befor that visitI need to go to the lab in the same building for bloodwork and I need an Xray of my foot where I kicked to floor on the way down, really smashed my toes into the floor. One toe is swollen twice the size. I do not expect they can do anything with it. I have always been told that broken toes are untreatable, but what do I know?
That’s all I can think of, for the present. Rained this morning, dressed the dogs in raingear; kinda cute.

Yeah, Tillie didn’t like to get wet so she would squat on the porch which is covered.
