Hey El Bee;
I'm seeing on my home page that Orange County is being evacuated by Gov. Newscum.
Something about a tank of toxic getting ready to explode.
You staying safe ?????? [Confused]

I dunno ......... Orange County is pretty conservative politically. I wouldn't put it past Newscum & the mayor to use some phony excuse to round up Republicans and send them to some kind of 'Re-education Camp' run by Socialists.

I just came in to take a short break. Been working in the yard since this morning, have not heard anything of which you speak? If I turn on the boob tube and if anything, and I MEAN ANYTHING of importance, my fucking TV get’s locked up with a big buzzing warning and it stays that way unless you change the channel from FOX….but why would I want to do that?

Well, I turned it on and there is no major warning about high winds or a child abduction or toxic gas explosion, so apparently, we did not get a warning? Rest easy, ko ko!

I think I will go to Costco, I’m almost out of orange juice and need gas.

Yeah ........... That's a scary thought for So. Cal. where they measure distance in time.
Q; "How far is it to Disneyland ??"
A; "About an hour & a half."
(Not that anybody can afford to actually go to Disneyland anymore.)

That’s another thing! My granddaughter, her name is Peyton, she has her Masters from Cal State Long Beach and it’s in some sort of thing where she works with disadvantaged children. All that has nothing to do with my comment. Which is, she’s married and no children yet,but they buy season passes to Disneyland! Hey, I’ve been to Disneyland, since it first opened in the 1950’s. When Nancy was a retail clerk, worked at Von’s as a checker, we would go to Disneyland on the Union night, kinda cool, no lines for all the rides, which on normal weekends you might be in line for an hour to ride the Matterhorn or Space Mountain. So, yeah it was a good deal and also at good discount rates.

But to buy a season pass? Do these people have nothing better to do? I mean, we/ve seen and rode everything, a long time ago, so what the hell is the reason for season passes? That would be boring rather quickly, if you ask me? In other words, I do not get it? Who in hell wants or needs a season pass to Disneyland? I can see going a second time, maybe a big holiday or something and you have no other place to go? So put me down as only a really dull kid would justify season tickets toDisneyland? And, they don’t give them away! I’m sure they have their reasons, but I do not get it?

I will have to ask her next time I see her, which should be Thanksgiving at my house.I can’t think of anything I would want a season pass to? Am I weird? IDK?

Good hunting. El Bee

At one time, long ago, the 'secret' to going to The Mouse House was to get there when they opened on Xmas morning. Hit all of the rides before while the masses were still opening up gifts. No lines. End up in The Tiki Room then hit The Blue Bayou for lunch.
But a season pass ??? ........ Once every 3 or 5 years was plenty.

Count for what? Yeah, it might get you a senior discount at Carl’s Jr. or free coffee? Virtually nothing is free that is worth anything.
For instance, I recently got another Class Action Suit. Don’t even remember what it was about? In most cases, the only benefit is the lawyers get to split any award and a million people get two dollars if they pay a ten dollar fee. I still regret that I included myself in a class action suit against Remington because they sold “defective” barrels. I got a check for $40 and I still have the shotgun, I think it’s an 1187SP? Good gun and I just remembered I won that shotgun, didn’t pay a dime for it. But I regret being used by sheyster lawyers filing a frivolous law suit.

But, that was the last time I ever got actual money in a class action suit. I have always been a Remington fan. They make a good product. I think I have at least about 5 Model 700’s Great rifles!
