If you need to be caught up on the latest, try this dude. He knows his shit, in spite of having an unpronounceable Italian name. He knows pipelines, Jones act, merchant marine, and shipping. Besides that he talks as if he knows what he is talking about. And, if he is baffled, the Trump administration has a lot explaining to do.

This has to do not only with oil, but fertilizers that come out of the gulf, during spring planting season. Of course, Russia is making maters worse by halting all exports, I guess to jack prices?
