And I was thinking it is tomorrow. Good thing my grandson was texting me and mentioned they just finished their Corned Beef!

So, I have everything and got the Corned Beef going on the stove and already peeled the vegetables. Now it’s just a waiting game. While I still need to prepare the hot mustard. I throwed away the package so dont know how many minutes per pound? I will have to guest i mate.

I know my chunk was 4 pounds @6.99 per lb. it was about $29.00 at Costco, who seems to have the best Corned Beef around. It’s Bill Bailey

the trout sounds great. You should of chopped those peppers up real fine and then tossed them to the 4 winds fish gods.. [Roll Eyes]
