Of course everything that the gentleman said is true and true again.
What struck me though, was the style of writing. 'Early 20th century', probably written with a quill pen, possibly by the light of a coal oil lamp. Concise and articulate. No doubt the product of a good education.
Compare this, if you will, to the A.I. generated Pablum that passes these days for 'Journalism'.
I suspect that today's students are not getting my tax dollar's money's worth of education.

Even harder to get a decent education when the public school curriculum is focused more on Woke social issues than an actual education.
I think that I'm paying plenty in property taxes with little return.
