Sadly .......... Just saw that he passed away yesterday at 88. I didn't agree with his politics but I did like his music.

The most impressive and underutilized detail, (I thought) was that he graduated from West Point. Records country music, plus actor. He was a free spirit, I'll give him that much. didn't realize he was that old but I saw him on TV a month ago selling all his shit. I guess he had a clue?

My Dad always said that fauker can't sing or act and would flip the channels if he showed up. Honesty though he can't sing, got a gravely shit voice and sure as hell can't act.

That’s sad to hear. The Guy had an amazing talent for writing Country Songs. No doubt about that. Another “real country” Legend gone. I’m sure Willie will be next.

Yes I agree. Most of the best are gone. Waylon, Johnny Cash,Merle Haggard,George Jones,Ray Price the list goes on and on. Yes that will be a sad day when Willie goes.
