I see that the long arm of the law in Penn. finally caught an animal that was rabid and for some bizarre
reason didn't have the guts or balls to do the right thing and give it a copper pill to the head.
So now we get to foot the bill for another person who shouldn't have been here in the first place, thank you Mr. Biden. I am sure this really will be the top of the iceberg for America very soon.
America has gone insane. I can not put into words how pissed off I am about this great news story of compassion and justice. WHY, WHY WHY?
