This asshole was convicted on only 5 of 6 counts and they say he won't spend a day in prison. That's opposed to some blonde chick recently convicted of walking into the capital and got 60 days in the slammer.

AS far as I'm concerned, the idiot should serve at least 6 months for stupidity, and concocting the least believable crime of the century and to be fair, let's include all of the last century.

As to count #2, stupidest crime; let's display exhibit 1, the check for $3,500 and tack on another 6 months, and round it off to a 365 day sentence and no time off for being the most popular faggot in the cellblock!

Everyone expects him to serve some time. as he well should---BUTT-- The justice system works according to what finances that schmuck has and if he can buy his way out I am sure he won't do much if any time.Remember OJ?
He really is dispicable to say the least and anybody that supports him. Oh damn shit didn't the traitor and chief Brandon and his matressback crony support him? LOL. That was when he was first starting this charade wasn't it?
