Denise only bowhunts for deer/bear. she has no desire to shoot one with a gun anymore. well she had a hell of a season this past year passing up over 100 deer and lots of small/medium bucks.
so now its "meat time" and she wanted to go out tonight and hopefully fill her tag with whatever gave a good close shot. we went out even though i did not want too. temp was -27 with the windchill. she only sat for 2 hours and had no shot opp's (only seen 6) and they were too far to shoot and froze her butt off but she wanted too go and she did'nt complain abit.
she did snuggle up to the wood stove in the cabin when she was done though ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
so tommaro, we plan on going out and make a few deer drives and do the "brown it's down" thing.
she wants to make 1 deer into jerky. best part is, she walks,i shoot ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) .
