I was down on the Fort Mohave Rez getting my fishing permit. And saw a nice blue ford f 250 with what I thought was a bobcat live trap in the bed. So I was just wondering is was it some one that hangs out on this site?

Well perhaps not and that's on me I guess I must have thought I did not have 10 whole minutes to spare to ask the guy in person. There is a good chance in time I will bump into this person before to long any way.

I can't keep track of Dollar without a program, or a map. Not long ago, you were living in Las Vegas. Then, in Oklahoma for a while, and now you are talking about somewhere along the Colorado River on the AZ side. Staying one step ahead of a divorce lawyer, or what?

LB, no But its true I will move at the drop of a hat. What's that ole saying a rolling stone gathers no moss. We did have plans to stick around in Oklahoma for a while but there's a couple of kids out here in the wild-wild west that can use a helping hand. Hey I got a lot done while I was there for those nine or ten months. And where else can a guy fish the river for a ten dollar permit. And don't remind me that it's the hottest spot in the nation. But hey it's a dry heat right. The edit was to add the word 'guy' [ May 09, 2013, 02:52 PM: Message edited by: Cayotaytalker ]

Paul, your one of the few guys that calls me Richard. Paul I thought of you as I was driving down I-40 near your place. But this ain't my first tour in this neck of the woods though. Yeah we spent 17 years out here it's where the kids grew up. Good ole Bullhead. " edit" I for got to add I went fishing last night and own the way home stopped to do a couple of howls around a few of the alfalfa fields there was no response. This time of year you may not get much vocal response. They tend to keep their location to themselves when they have pups.

I didn't even think of that. plus I was just screwing around. I made one long howl like a siren and then one or two howls like a young coyote. I did this also at two other spots all in a bout a space of a mile and a half.t There was some one in the field cutting alfalfa hay but I didn't think that would slow any hungry coyotes down. I just thought it was a little early is all. But the Idea of if pups were are in the den would might keep them from howling back works for me. I have often wondered when the coyotes in southern Nevada and this part of Arizona do drop there pups. But trust me I don't really want to get into it here and now any way. By the way Paul I got the line about coyotes behind every bush. The coyote state that fly's under the radar is Oklahoma. don't take that as fact it's just my opinion. Perhaps I'll ask about howling another day.
