Hello everyone, I have been lurking for a while and really enjoy the posts, so I thought I'd join in. I'm the typical married with kids, work a helluva lot more than I play, and really enjoy anything outdoors when the opportunity presents itself.
Glad to be here.

You have a distinction as the most recent, freshest Okie, which, when you think about it, is glory enough.

Just on volume alone, if you go back a few pages, you will find threads that go 11-12 pages of questionable but perhaps, "entertaining" commentary.
If it keeps one member out of the bars for a single night, it's worth it.
Good hunting. El Bee

If by `Higher Standards` you mean that I don't much care for overly-made-up; self-centered; the world revolves-around-me type women, you are 100% correct. There are hookers working street corners that have more class than a good many of the HollyWood `stars` of today.
BTW; Greetings to the new guy. Don't take any of us too seriously. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Yes, I guess that could be considered, "higher standards"? But, like the man, (Mickey) says; The girls all get prettier, at closing time.

But my love for
Felina is strong and I rise where I've fallen, Though I am weary I can't stop to rest. I see the white puff of smoke from the rifle. I feel the bullet go deep in my chest.
From out of nowhere Felina has found me, Kissing my cheek as she kneels by my side. Cradled by two loving arms that I'll die for, One little kiss and Felina, good-bye.
I always liked El Paso by Marty Robbins, but Landslide by Stevie Nicks still makes my good eye hydrate most every time I hear it.
Yall stay after them Kelly

El Paso, by Marty Robbins. I know all the words. It's like American Pie; the first time I heard it, I was mesmerized. I know all the words to that one, too.
