I was once very proud to be an American. Today our United States Supreme Court pretty much shot down Arizona's Illegal Immigration law. If we can not trust our Supreme Court to rule strictly according to the Constitution, then it is truly very bad news for All Americans. The Court's ruling on the unconstitutional Obama Care train wreck will be coming real soon, maybe as early as this coming Thursday. If they vote straight down political line, we can kiss our constitutional rights goodbye. At least I THINK there is one more Democrap in the Supreme Court. It is time to end the lifetime appointment of these political hacks, and place term limits on them. Sorry for the rant, but I am pretty angry right now.

Using the 1070 decision as an example, is it any wonder that our government is incapable of getting anything done?
Both sides claim some type of victory and vindication. Every opinion on what it means is different. The chosen one suspends immigration enforcement nationwide.

This is just one more example of why `Da Bro Got's To Go`..................Supreme Court appointments. If in the next four years one of the Justices retires or passes away, is there any doubt that obama would appoint some left leaning loser?? And with the Court stacked to the Left, the country would suffer long after we get a real president back in office.

The civil war was begain because of way less than this. Feds are even trumping popular vote... Not good. This ain't even scratchin the surface of what is gonna take place. Whats screwed up is, people are so damn punked out by others who go against our beliefs. Everybody is so damn scared to offend somebody, wheather that somebody is a first class idiot or not. See where that got us? If you cross into Iran's border illegaly, you are gonna be shot or imprisoned. If you cross into the U.S., we'll feed you, give you a house, a cell phone, send your kids to school, and hell, we'll give you some cash while we're at it. Everytime I look at my check stub, It reads: Dave: get's a little. Welfare drawin, lazy sacks of horse crap: gets the rest. Common sence, morals, etc., have been gone for a long time. Now it's just plum stupid. But, what do I know... I'm just some peckerwood with too many guns.

We all feel your pain, Dave.
There's a glimmer of hope, in that I heard something about a couple of more states are going to begin requiring drug testing in order to receive unemployment benefits. Seems fair to me that since I had to pee in a cup to get the job, somebody else should have to pee in a cup to get some of what I earn.
Unfortunately, I'm not holding my breath that the courts won't rule it unconstitutional.
Whatever else anyone feels about Romney, there's little doubt that he would appoint conservative judges to the bench............and that's something the country really needs.

I had never heard of a 287G agreement until last night. A 287G agreement is an agreement to allow local law enforcement officers to act as ICE agents. It also gives LEs access to the computer verification system of who is legal and who isn't. Well Janet Napolitino just canceled Arizona's 287G agreement so our local LEs cannot even enforce the one section left standing. Arizona is the only state that had their 287G agreement cancelled. Now if that isn't a chicken shit move by this administration I don't know what is, but I'm sure BO will top this one if given another 4 more.

Even the portion of Arizona's Immigration law that seems to leave one part standing is pure horse shit. So Arizona Deputies grab the Illegal's and then what? They have to turn them over to ICE, who then release the Illegals. A catch and release program the way I see it.

I have been telling people what Obama is, even posted it on this board but very few believed me. This guy is the best Con Artist since that Rev. Jim Jones who led all of his followers and tricked them into drinking the poison Koolaide. When the truth finally comes out, and it WILL come out, I am gonna go down and have another chat with my personal Attorney. Why? Because when I told him my concerns regarding the lack of any real investigation of Bam-Bam before he was elected, my Attorney said---"Don't worry they investigate that stuff with a fine toothed comb". Now THAT would be funny if it wasn't so stupid and dangerous.

Our country has had a severe case of Buck Fever for the last 4+ yrs, and i hope it's over really really soon (ie: NOV6). The New American BS probably won't go away (as i see it) for a long time. Our religious beliefs will evaporate if Washington has their way , unless it's muslim. If Kunta Kinte gets re elected in Nov , it prob won't matter which direction the country looks for prayer as long as it's facing east. Make sure you VOTE on Nov 6.

Well, the United States Supreme Court has once again ruled according to their political views rather than the true meaning of the Constitution. The Obama Care mandate stands! This marks the end of our individual rights, and places the Government in control of everything we do. The Muslim's have won this battle, and Obama is laughing his ass off.

The one ray of sunshine is that they decided this Obamacare is a tax, which Obama firmly stated that it was NOT a tax. So much for Obama knowing what he is talking about....like we didn't know!
Now that we know it's a tax, maybe Romney can deal with it, repeal it? The worst thing about it is that it takes 500 billion from Medicaid and gives it to those poor uninsured Americans; you know the Mexican/Americans better known as illegals. Yeah, that's how they pay for illegal health coverage by taking it from those over 65.
There is something wrong with the deal. Something rotten to the core. I don't know what the future holds for white middle class Americans but it is not good. I don't think we have the collective backbone to resist? I think we will just lay there, or bend over and take our medicine in the form of a good screwing. Yes, a victory! Let's call it a victory. That should make it easier to accept, it's the right thing to do so that all "Americans" have health insurance.
One thing I know. Liberals have a mental illness. They should be forcibly restrained and given shock treatments.
I read a book once. It was science fiction, dealt with mind control, feed everybody some soporific drug that induced contentment. If they can do this with Obamacare, they can force us to pay for it and force us to swallow a pill that will sweep away all our doubts and worries. Maybe it won't seem so bad? I can squint my eyes and suddenly, it's not really so bad. I don't even give a shit about my guns anymore. If it will stop all the killing, let them have them. Yum, those pills actually taste pretty good, can I have another?

edit: It's called euphoria, I think? The more I think about it, the more I think it's a solution we need. The other solution might be armed revolt after another four years of Obama's shit. What a joke, it will never happen. It has also been said that every Cemetery across the US will vote for the Democrats on Nov 6 , just like they always have.
When i voted in the Pres primary i checked the list to see if my late fathers name had been removed from registered voters list. Much to my suprise it had been removed! He died in Aug 1992 and was finally removed in March 2012. It only took 19 years and many phone calls to get it done.

Upon reading this I was wondering what you were talking about, but after watching the news I now understand that by calling it a tax this court ruling will not give congress additional powers to mandate to us citizens. If Roberts had ruled they had the power under the commerce clause we would have been really fucked. Instead they can only tax fuck us. I still stand by my comments that it was George W.'s fault for not properly vetting Roberts.

On Fox and Friends this morning they had a panel talking about this court ruling and one gal pointed out that obamacare is a real job killer which we all know. She pointed out that obamacare will cost employers on average $2.00/hour for every employee on the payroll. Corporate America and Small Business men will continue to cling to their savings account and not expanding business so the depression will continue until further notice. I was seeing a little economic activity lately but I doubt it will continue. I've never heard the cost of obamacare in a cost per hour format. That coupled with the new taxes that will be on almost everyone will finish off what little life this recovery had. Hopefully, this will not bode well for BO come November.
