I just saw this article on the Fox News website and thought everyone would find it interesting.

Good one. Hard to believe Maryland has had such a requirement for so long. About time it was overturned.
Good hunting. LB

I wonder how many other states have these crazy laws on the books?

Quite a difference here in Az.
See a handgun that you like,
Buy the handgun,
Leave with the handgun,
Carry it open or concealed; your choice, no permit needed.

I wonder who has the lowest crime rate? Arizona or Maryland

It sounds like AK has the same rules as AZ Koko, very handy indeed. I'd wager states with similar laws have lower incidents of crime. I could be wrong on that one though.

Not sure what the exact stats are but I feel safer at a gun show than I do in those lame-assed `Gun Free` zones. As far as I know, most of the mass shootings that make the news occur in gun free zones where unarmed victims are provided for the dirt-bags.
