.... I would like to have permission. This has been buggin me about the prospects on politics and there is no other place that I can say what I want and not get either edited, erased, or kicked out. LB is great about that, and I have enough respect for him to ask before doing it, at least to this degree, and he already can guess what its going to be about.
With all the bullshit going on nowdays on the huntin boards, I have never said a bad word about LB. Look anywhere and see. I consider him a buddy. Always have. Other than a dustup or two over the years, I dont think we have ever had major problems. Anyway, its your call LB, if you want to hear it, Ill post it, if not, no biggie and nothing changes. Ill just stew.

Andy, sorry, I can't figure out what's bugging you, if that's accurate, without seeing it?
But, I don't usually stop anybody from speaking their mind, including you. And you are correct, I consider you a personal friend.

I got a hint yesterday, in an email. I simply requested that he not use the n word, if that was what he wanted to talk about...and I know all about the double standard where blacks can toss the word and accusation back and forth but it shall never pass the lips of a white man. If you ever spend a little time around Mexicans, they don't seem to know the word is politically incorrect? Like I said, it's only white boys that can't say "colored" or "negro" in a sentence. Oh, and you can't say "boy" either.
Maybe I'm wrong? The suspense is killing me.

Around here, Mexicans and blacks share no love. I guess they figure they're fighting for the same crumbs left behind by the oppressor, Whitey. In any event, they seem to say a lot. We had a crew of Hispanic males - 18-21 year old guys - reroofing our house in July. When the wife got home from work, I was already home and she walked in the door and I could tell by the look on her face that she was pissed. When I inquired what was wrong, she said that she heard the word, "Puta" at least five times between the car and the house. She admitted that she didn't know if they were talking about her or to one another, but she was still pissed. I told her that if we had reason to believe that they were commenting about her, I would gladly march them off the roof at the business end of a shotgun and call the company to come get them off my land. But, as I told her, this was a bunch of young guys, working in the hot sun, and that if they're anything like all the white guys I know in the same situation, calling each other "Pussies" and other female reference names wouldn't be unusual at all as we challenged each other's manliness. Now, bear in mind that my wife speaks fluent Spanish, as well as being pretty good with the northernmost Mexican dialects as she hanged with a group of Mexicans before we ever met, and she knew full damned well what she heard. She asked me if I was really going to go confront them about it and, seeings how I was outnumbered 10 to 1, and the roof decking material was completely exposed, I said, "Sure, just as soon as they have the roof done." LOL
I did tell the company owner the next day that he might advise his guys to watch their language. Just because we're Anglos don't mean we aren't bilingual, too.

Im sorry for the suspense. Its not gonna have the same effect. I guess we are effectively stifled. You just cant call a porch monkey a coon anymore I guess.
Anyway, Im just pissed that we are left to choose, it seems, between a RINO named Romney who is probably worse than Obama or run a N against an N to see if we can win. When its already proven a N cant run anything bigger than a crack shack and again, we are probably better off with Obama. Although, Im pretty sure our current HNWIC as a lame duck will be a gun grabbin bastard.
Anyway, it lost its fizz. I was fired up when I asked permission.

Thanks for the welcome Rich.
I took the advice of someone that I absolutely have no respect for, but it sounded like a good idea. While I was laid up, I watched no news and stayed off the net. For the most part. I tuned back in and nothing has changed.
Lets analyze this. There are over 300 million people in this country. Being conservative, as I am, at least half of them are eligible to be president of the country. Why is it that we get the same people in a different package crammed down our throats to choose from every 4 years? Romney and Obama are identical. Christie looks good on the surface, but when you look at him closer, hes an east coast idiot. For instance gun control, since they need it in New Jersey, in his opinion, we need it in Missouri too, obviously, forget states rights. I think those issues are the reason for states rights to begin with. We got Cain. No way in hell he can win and probably glad of it.
Out of approximately 150 million eligible people, why is this? Is it because of these underground groups you hear about but never really know about? Like the CFR? Is it because no one in their right mind would want the damn job. You go in with your natural hair color and a life and come out grey headed, beat down and go recluse? Why is it? I cant help but think there is one person out of 150 million that is not an attorney, never ran a multi billion dollar company, never held office, but does have real life experience and knows what happens in normal peoples everyday lives that would be willing to accept the job and do it right. You wouldnt even have to be an expert in all fields. Thats why smart people surround themselves with smarter people who specialize. All the president should do is look at these peoples reccomendations and make common sense decisons.
Ok, thats my rant for today. Who was that plumber that stood Obama on his ear? Find that dude. I would vote for him in a heartbeat and I think many others would too. We need a common everyday American, the American part would be a change over what we have now, for once to run this country. Am I making any sense here?
If yall can get some money together for a launch, Ill do it if Jason will be my vice. Vice president that is, I know his twisted mind and leaving it open with just vice was asking for trouble.
It appears to me that if the right person just had enough money to make the news, said the right things and ask anyone intrested in them to send in $20, you could collect enough money to blow the rest out of the water and actually have a chance to win this and save this country. I know what my platform would be. Get back to the constitution and strike about 90% of the laws on the books and turn it back over to the states so they can make the laws they need for their particular circumstance, not one size fits all.

Now, I've said before that I disagree with Obama, not because he's black, but because he's wrong. Enter Herman Cain. I like a lot of what he says & the way way that he says it, and in this case not because he's black but because he's right.
Sooooo; I have to wonder; do the racial slurs used on Obama also apply to Cain??
And.............If Cain (a proven conservative) gets the nomination, will you be able to vote for him???
