Awhile back I made a post on my health condition with all the numbness ,back spasms and pain in my forearm. They finally diagnosed it as a bulged disk in my neck. I got a cortizone shot and things got better. How long I will be pain free, I don't know. Then I finally got my groin hernia fixed yesterday. They couldn't do the laproscopic because of prostate cancer. They were worried about scar tissue from the prostate operation. That was about six years ago and everything looks good so far. They made one incision and put mesh in the hernia. Longer recovery time. Because I had cancer the Dr. didn't want to do the hernia operation without having a colonoscopy. Probably getting hard to read all this by now huh? Well when I had the colonoscopy , they found a polyp and sent it in for testing. It wasn't cancerous, so it looks like I am on the mend finally.
This week-end is the "Mr. Coyote Contest" in which I was supposed to be one of the judges.I called Jeff and let him know I wouldn't be able to judge. I envite all of you to come out there as it is a good time. Oh, one last thing. On top of all that I had heat exhaustion, and pylori which is a stomach bacteria. I still am upright though , so maybe things will start getting better.

Dang, Jerry, that's been a rough trip. I hope and pray you'll be fine, and believe you will be. You're too tough an old cowboy for these setbacks to hold you down long.

I am going to try and make it out there. Right now I am having a hard time getting around. A couple more days and hopefully things will get better. No howls from me though.

Damn... That's a tough run! I like that you are taking the outcomes as "good" luck though. Like you said, still upright is the right direction!
