Standard Operating Proceedure.....strip them naked and taze.
Reminds of my little town here. The local Leo's insisted we needed a camera at the main intersection in town(only have three lights). One was finally added(must note here that the police station sits on one of the corners of the intersection). Six months later, a guy is arrested and claims the cops beat the hell out of him after he was handcuffed. The leos claimed the injuries occured during his resisting arrest. Examination of the traffic cam showed two cops pulling the guy from their cruiser and beating the hell out of him while he was cuffed. It cost the town a pile of money.

The mistake there was they couldn't wait for the TURD to get past the door where he could fall down the stairs. They were just a little too anxious to apply good old street justice.

Let me reverse the scenario on the speeding ticket.
Let's say the guy who got the ticket was an off duty cop and I gave him the ticket.
I'd be in deep shit with my peers for doing so. I would never live it down anytime soon.
A clear lack of compassion on the cops part. They will be hated forever by these folks, and I am sure many who will read the story.
As to the above video, the sound was on and off for me, so I was not able to hear everything I'd like to have.
The stripping the guy down naked and the number of tasing are completely unjustified.
If the FBI and the State are jumping on this you can bet money something will happen.

Again, the laws are good enough for us but not for them, not dissimilar to the the legislative branch of government.
Maybe the pledge of allegiance should be changed to "liberty and justice for some".

Nope, they did loose their jobs, but that took awhile. They actually resigned I believe.
