Sorry LB, I thought you liked her.

They tried to make her go to rehab, she said NO NO NO.

27 years old, found dead this morning. Possible drug overdose.

Terrible news. You are right, I really did like her. A damn shame, if you ask me. And, that ex, Blake what's his face aught to have his ass kicked for getting her into drugs, in the first place.

POSSIBLE DRUG OVERDOSE!? Lol. Amy Winehouse is dead and it's from a POSSIBLE drug overdose! Again, LOL!

Not laughing that she croaked but that there was any question as to how she'd bite the big one.

Yeah, right. But, I didn't think it would really happen. I thought she was a little smarter than that.

What a talent. What a waste.

I suppose it would be out of the question for her or other drug users for that matter to have contracted Hep, AIDS, wrecked her car, or shoved a gun in her mouth.

Agreed, what a waste

Yea without a doubt she could and I usually had her playing in the background at the house on Sunday mornings. Have Amy playing in the background now, just a good relaxing sound she has.

It is sad to loose a voice and talent like that so young. Unfortunately Heroin unlocks a musicians mind to create great works of musical art but closes the door on a long life. It seems to be a trade with the Devil that has repeated itself through musical history.

Drugs are one of the handiest tools the devil has. Makes me sick to see anyone addicted to drugs, pissing their life away, and hurting/embarrasing their family. It's sad, sad, sad.

Too bad. It was only a matter of time...
That's a tough road to exit off of once you've got that many miles on it already...

Amy had talent.

On the subject of drugs opening the mind to bring out talents.

Reading some of TA’s post I believe there have been some of the Devils narcotics involved.

Just the sear in depth knowledge that is in some of his posting has to come from a mind that has been altered to the rim of another dimension. To be able to leap from the human mind into the mind of a coyote and then having the ability to convey what is in the coyotes mind to us mere mortals is a masterful work of art.

There obviously has to be some kind of out of body experience induced by a mind opening drug.

We can only hope he doesn’t O.D. before unleashing the next Master piece sure to come this next season.

What is the 1ndian term, is it shape shifting? some special people can/could transform into animals and then back at a later point. Now that would have been cool, unless you got shot by a hunter at the time you were a coyote or bear or whatever. Must have been some really strong peyote or early 1ndian LSD back in the day.

Well I hope TA brings some of that shit to the camp out,a long with a couple rolls of paper.
And it is a shame the chick killed (HER) self, not that I was a fan.

Well, I was a fan, and I am really sad about her death. As a performer, she had a rare gift. She was almost telling stories and acting out those stories as she sang. Unique talent.

edit: PS, I hope you are joking about drugs of any kind, at the campout? That's not going to happen.

Mr. Bosinski, sorry for the loss of Amy Winehouse.

I was also a fan. Wow she had a voice. Her end was all the more sad because it was such a predictable trajectory. Such a loss always makes me as mad as it grieves me. So much talent, so much life, so much waste.

I didn't know her music until about 2 years ago. Ironically she had a song about rehab. reminds me of Little River band's song, don't let the needle win.

Anyway here is a video before drugs took over.

Hey TA I just had to log back in just to say hey I was just having some fun and it was not my goal to be a jackass. It's never right to have fun on some one else's dime.

can't stand chicks like her. black makeup and tat's turn me off big time. to bad she died but we all could (maybe) see it coming. perhaps not her death but distruction. history tends to repeat itself

I actually agree with the above. Tats are a complete turn off for this kid. I appreciated her music in spite of the negatives. And, I am as conservative as Attila the Hun.
