And, by the way. Quartzsite is a very unusual township. Every year, in January and February, selected because of relative cool temperatures, the influx of vendors and shoppers is truly amazing.
For perhaps five miles in every direction, there are campers and motorhomes and tents. They hold a RV show for one or two weeks and a rock and mineral show for several weeks. During that time the traffic is at a standstill.
When I first ventured into Quartzsite, there was nothing but a crossroads, US95 and I-10, which was actually US 60&70, at the time, but there was one greasy spoon restaurant and I 'think" they might have sold gas? A little later, there was a miniature "desert" golf course.
Much later, for me it is an amazing transformation. The permanent stuff on main street has every fast food restaurant known to man and many truck stops, but in comparison, it's a ghost town next to what happens in January and February. And, I mean, actually amazing! The growth of that town in my memory is possibly the most in U.S history, since it didn't qualify as a real town back in the 60's.

edit: Oh, before I forget! DO NOT EVER SPEED ON I-10 WHILE DRIVING THROUGH QUARTZSITE! It's the worst speed trap in Arizona....and that takes some doing!

It appears the State Attorney General and his investigators need to visit Quartzite and do a little house cleaning.
YES, my Rules of Order!!!! Someone needs to show the Chief their middle finger more often.

In response to the MORE, I'd say the Chief needs to be arrested by his own personnel. YES unusual if they would happen, but lawful under ALL laws of any State.
