F-in c-suckers. Get a life! These f-in cops should be punched in the face every f-in day for the rest of their pathetic f-in lives. If I could choose where my tax money went, sacks of shit like these wouldn't get a dime. Slimeballs.

Thats what you get with a nation of laws and no common sense. The chief is an asshole.

Well, at least they controlled their tempers and didn't shoot the little turds 72 times, after all they were in possession of an illegal substance, lemonade with no permit is apparently a serious problem in Georgia and they aren't going to let a bunch of third graders rule the streets any longer.

Dickhead Nazis!!

Third graders, or... (wait for it)... TURD graders. LMAO, Bwahahahahaha!!!

next thing you know, the National Association of Letter Carriers will be seeking an injunction against paper boys for interloping on our routes. That's a FEDERAL CRIME, turds!

Chief Kelly is one handsome woman!

I'm betting the neighbors take up a collection more than sufficient to send the little perps to the water park. Good thing they listened to those command voices and didn't resist! Oh, the horror, the horror.

I don't see it, Jimanez?

But, on the other hand, those people will sleep peacefully, due to the dedication of the boys and girls in blue, risking their lives keeping that community safe from crime and criminals. Those girls should consider themselves fortunate they were only warned because it could have gone down hard.

I'm ashamed!

You guys just don't get it do you. Those officers (Hero's) put their lives on the line, everyday for all of you! This is utterly disgusting.

Those adolescent evil do'ers were after all breaking the law. Since when do you get to choose which laws we want to OBEY. Distribution of an illegal substance is a gateway crime, and it may lead to more brutal heinous crimes. Next these youngsters may be raking leaves or mowing lawns, or worse Babysitting. God only knows the damage these fine peacekeepers saved the world from with their fast thinking and sound judgement.

Personally. I think they should have been tasered, thrown on the ground and cuffed, with the asphalt stuck to their little faces and stuffed into a cruiser (for their and the officers safety). Proper procedure, and send a message to other undesirables. The police did goof on the lax handling of these future felons. This is how police officers are killed. The perp's could have concealed weapons. Things get ugly fast, out in the real world...

Just more proof that America has become a Nation of idiots!I saw the story on fox news and I think the cops said hey we didn't know what these kids were sticking in the lemonade or some crap like that.
I was glad to see some one local helped the kids out and they got to go to the water park after all.

But, there is no reason to reward a crime such as this! This is how Casey Anthony began her adult life of ignoring cross walks and California rolls at the intersection.

Thanks Kenny. I see the visual clues, now that you mention it. The Chief's a muff diver, for sure! Can piss standing up.

HOLD EVERYTHING!

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/07/20/cops-bust-lemonade-stand-_n_905072.html

This is pretty bad when the Local Police can't read their own ordinances correctly. What did the dyke say? The law is the law, right? Dumb ass.

Can somebody in L.E. come up with a positive spin on this fiasco?

Well I bet if I was to stop the Chief for speeding in my jurisdiction the first thing she might do is flash the badge and ask for professional courtesy.

When I told her the law is the law and wrote her a ticket I bet one of my bosses would get a phone call from her complaining about my lack of professional courtesy and lack of discretion.

I might be asked why I didn't use more discretion and not everything is black and white.

I just wonder if the Chief understands discretion when it comes to LITTLE kids trying to make a buck?

Of course if my boss is sold on the "brotherhood" stuff and been indoctrinated on it since birth, I'd probably have to show him or her the above video and ask them when the last time someone was killed by girls selling lemonade versus speeding down the highway?

Then I'd feel more comfortable telling the boss have a nice day!! [Wink] [Big Grin]

Good points Ken, I guess somewhere deep in my heart there's a part of me that knows that MOST cops would just smile about kids selling lemonade, even without a permit, but what kind of "indoctrination" would cause an officer to even give half a shit whether or not a child has the proper permit? These are the things that truly trouble some of us at HM. It's not about whether or not ONE cop has common sense, it's about the indoctrination that brings about some of these actions. Thanks for your openness, even though we all know this stuff it is still troubling yet informative to have it confirmed by someone "in the know".

Yes JD, I don't know ANY cop around here that would of said anything to those kids selling lemonade except, "hi girls", how much for a glass?

Law on the books or not, my memory fades from time to time on such issues. Just like the guy I stop who has a joint on him. BIG DEAL!!! I have bank robbers to catch.

Indoctrination on the ways of LE is for another day and different scenario.

The glaring issue about this case seems to tell me there is more bordom in that town among the cops than crime. [Wink]

Thanks for the words JD, if one wishes to bridge the gap of understanding the good, bad and the ugly must be discussed OPENLY and truthfully.
