the dad, he knows something.
the mail man was up to something ,
and the grand mom is confused.
I cant for the life of me see how the FBI lab came up with nothing.
She wont walk, but I think she is going to get manslaughter , no death penalty . only because the confusing evidence .
and stay toned for the appeals

I need a interpreter to understand the judge most of the time.

When I was in FL a few months back we went fishing at Disney. Our guide was talking about the impending trial. I had no clue what he and my father-in-law were talking about. I only knew the lady as Tot Mom from Nancy Grace. I never knew her real name. Lol.
No! I don't watch Nancy Grace, my wife does. Her voice makes me wanna pop my ear drums.

Other than the possibility of an accidental drowning, if she had anything to do with that beautiful little girl's death, they ought to put the guillotine back in use. The fact that she waited so long to let anyone know the little girl was missing makes her look guilty as hell. Any mother who is worth anything is going to be searching everywhere within minutes or hours at the most if a two year old is unaccounted for.

They keep screaming for "equality" but they never expect to pay for crime the way a man would. The chances she will get the death penalty are next to zero.
But, seriously. She is a spoiled brat, near as I can tell, she has never had a real job. A party girl, for sure. For her, a daughter gets in the way, but here's the problem. She also is competitive with her mother and won't allow mom to take over raising the child, even if that would solve the whole problem.
How she ever expected to get away with it is a mystery. I hope she doesn't. Another OJ verdict would piss me off.

As a dad that had a four kids to help raise,and not always getting to win. I can feal for the old man they not only threw him under the bus but the whole fleat of buss es.
and the mother Cindy was a hard core enabler if ever there was one.

OK, what if Kaylee did drown in the pool like the defense said. I still can't see how the mother or whoever found the child wouldn't call 911 and report it. Except if possibly high on something and afraid, but even after the drugs wore off, it does not compute.

Really, the wife is all into it, me not so much.
One thing for sure, thats a wierd family dynamic there. They got some issues. Since the beginning like 3 years ago, I thought something was strange with the mom (the grandma), dont know what it is, but strange, she creeps me out.

Yeah, her name is Cindy. They say she rules the roost. But, they all lie. The dad, claiming suicide by blood pressure pills and a six pack of beer, is ridiculous. The whole family, well, you can see for yourself.

I suppose a coyote or a stray dog took the little girl. Something just doesn't add up to this whole deal. I don't know if she is guilty of murder or not, but she damn sure is guilty of something worse than lying to the authorities.

Okay, if Tot Mom didn't do it.....who did? Somebody tossed that baby in the swamp. If she is innocent, or "not guilty", will we ever find out how that little package wound up half buried in the woods?

Deja Vue!!!! In any given pool of jurors, you have a mix of people with various backgrounds. In this case, the jury pool just didn't have the guts to make a tough decision and justice wasn't served. The evidence was certainly there if one has the common sense to see it and have the guts to convict. Probably most of the jurors are obama voters too.

The only thing left is for Tot Mom to dedicate her life to searching for the real killer. On every golf course, in every night club in America, and entering every hot body contest possible, she will spare no effort, grind every bootie, mug for the camera and possibly even getting her posse together and recover her duct tape and trash bags, at gunpoint, if necessary.

What about the 911 call made by grandma when she said "and her car smells like a dead body"?
What about the grandpa's testimony that the car smelled of decomp?
What about the cadaver dog that reacted to decomp in the car's trunk?
What about the text message Casey sent to a friend that said something to the effect that George Antony must have hit an animal or something with her car because it smells so bad?
What about the hair artifact found in the car's truck that could only have come from a decomposed body?
What about the lab equipment that detected decomp in the car's trunk?
What about the chloroform detected in high quantities in the trunk?
What about the numerous computer searches for chloroform and neck breaking?
What about all the lies Casey told to friends and family about Kali's whereabouts while Kali was missing?
Where is the 911 phone call that should have been made on day one by mom?
Who had control of Kali on the day she came up missing?
Why and who would put duct tape on a dead child?
Who had access to all of the evidence involved in this case?
Who lied to the police four times sending the detective on a wild goose chase? Never mind she was convicted of this and justice is served (MY ASS)!!!!

First degree murder.
Casey is so stupid. She lived like a mad woman after her child went missing. Did she think no one would know she was gone. She is guilty as hell of something, just not first degree murder.

Like I said before, the mom is weird, and I think theres a lot more going on there. I think the whole family was in on it personally, and they all held tough. I absolutly agree with the verdict...I think the prosocuter failed to prove thier case..beyond a reasonable doubt...plain and simple. Then again...Im a very suspicious person?

She is damn sure guilty of a lot more than lying to police officers. She is probably the only person on earth who knows exactly what happened to that precious little girl. She might have made it past our judicial system, but she won't beat the Good Lord when her time comes.

I don't think the family is disfuntional or wierd. That was a smoke screen set up by the defense to make Cassey look like the victim in all of this. There was no factual evidence presented that the father molested Cassey. Both the brother and father molesting Cassey, GIVE ME A BREAK. Her lies were like the Worlds Fair, they kept getting bigger and bolder.
I could burn her at the stake and roast winnies as she screams. At a minimum she put duct tape over Kali's mouth to shut her up while she went out and partied. She wasn't smart enough to to realize that she had to leave the nose open so the little girl could breath and accidently killed her. She is still guilty of 1st degree murder if this is what happened under Florida law.
