I happen to know Doggin Coyotes, and for an old retired fart he usually kills his fair share of coyotes in a winter. Most of what he has to say over there, a guy needs to take with a grain of salt. He's not new around coyote callin', in other words.

Yep dogin coyotes is'nt too bad of a guy.
TC/223 has 1 or 2 under his belt in the last 5 years, 3 if you count the one his dad got..
Kirby has 5 or 6 he shot back in the 60's wolf/coyote cross of course...I believe he has the record for watching coyotes and fox the longest and you would think all that shit he learned would help him call more coyotes in...LOL
I see you forgot to include TT on the list he is a real hoot....Only guy I know that also includes eyes seen as a call in..
He also enjoys shooting coyotes in the ass so he can watch his decoy dogs work a coyote...

Kirby. he doe'snt claim to be a big killer. more of an observer and photo guy. i grew up spotting and stalking fox and he gives danm good advice.

Tim. TT shoots a lot of coyotes. thats a benifit to using dogs. i have no problem with someone shooting a coyote in the ass if you have a dog. been there, done that.

i grew up (cut my teeth so to speak) on spot and stalk. prolly close to 800 fox this way. I've only been on PM for maybe 2 years and i've never seen Kirby give bad advice. he's usually "spot on" but perhaps i don't know nothing???

No offense, bear. But that comes as a surprise. When he was participating on Huntmasters, he definitely came across as more space cadet than provider of reliable and accurate information. He fancied himself a hole huffer extraordinaire. Pretty bizarre; and embarrassing, actually.
It's fair to say that we had many members questioning his conclusions. I have not followed his reincarnation over at PMS, so he may have decided to refine his message?

Yep Old hole huffer has toned it down some but sounds more like a broken record in most of his posts. The PM kids just love the shit out of him..LOL
He spends alot of time watching coyotes and red fox but still has'nt figured them out as far as hunting/stalking goes...Would like to take Bear along with me down there sometime and show Kirby whats up but I don't think it would help...

seems some people change with time on forums. i've only been involved with them for maybe 2 years so i don;t have much personal knowledge of peoples past. i've enjoyed his pics/posts so i don't have anything bad to say about him and i won't till i hear of of something he say's i disagrre with. so far,so good. on the few forums i frequent, i PERSONLLY TRY to maintain myself the same way. i've met some GREAT friends since joining a few forums,and hope to meet some more. i will admit that this site was abit much for me to like a while back but am begining to appeciate it the way we can say what we want without being banned.

And when looking at Kirbys pic. can you tell which dirt clump is a coyote and which one is'nt..
