I am familiar with the rule benders on the Foxpro contest site. I never understood why they teamed up and registered the father, but gave all the points to the son, who was not registered, but given some sort of dispensation from Dillon, himself.
As I said, I didn't understand it then, and I don't understand it now. BUT, with all the sham with the previous contests concerning Robb Krause, (Little Stevie Wonder) I am surprised that Foxpro didn't cancel the whole exercise in dishonesty. I guess they found another way to game the system?
So, what's on your mind, sak? Are you the Junior or the elder? eaglerock has been suspended for insulting the host. I hope it was an ignorant son and not a grown adult responsible for that inexcusable and insulting language.

edit: I was suspicious, from the start, checked the IP address of both of them but they didn't match. Didn't change my mind, notice they didn't get the standard greeting. I smelled a rat. Who wouldn't?

Republicans, Democrats, politics in general, is the least of my worries. I can't think of a more ridiculous conversation in this venue. And do I vote, absolutely. However, on the subject of bending or breaking any rules, I will tell you what happened and nothing more. Eaglerock registered because I did not have access at the time. I was the shooter. Assuming that teams were allowed to register, we figured we were good. As long as both of us were not posting the same kills under two registrations, we did not see the problem. It wasn't until Vic went on his rant, that we realized we needed some clarification...enters Mike Dillon. Contacted him personally, and he gave us the OK. Do I agree with the timing of handling it, no. I didn't want to be in the contest to begin with. I don't preditor hunt to get an "ATTA BOY" "You Da Man" or a virtual pat on the back. For us it is about being in the field, enjoying what we do. I can go on and on about this, at the end of the day, we posted only true, timely, kills. No bending. No breaking.

And, I agree with Joe. Politics is basic to our freedoms, or lack, there of. Therefore, it is never inappropriate for those so inclined to discuss things that matter.
I'm really shocked by some of the comments by a grown man, directed at people they hardly know. I'm wavering between banning and allowing him to have his say. Liberals don't last long around here but it is usually because they run out of logical argument, not because of their potty mouths.

Agreed. The media, precisely because it controls the print and airwaves, has both a responsibility and an obligation to be impartial, because of it's capacity to influence public opinion and the resources at it's disposal which other's lack. Much like generals shouldn't involve themselves in politics while serving, so the media should remain outside the political arena. Once the media enters that arena, especially by 'endorsing' candidates, their credibility and objectivity become highly suspect.
However, even fools can be right occasionally. Just like Rodney King had a moment of clarity when he uttered, "Can't we all just get along?", so did Al Gore when he said, "When you have the facts on your side, argue the facts. When you have the law on your side, argue the law. When you have neither, holler." which is pretty much the only option liberals have..to holler.

I received a call from someone representing a company that markets, "male enhancement products". This is so typical of how Liberals, in general conduct themselves.
I had a very difficult time convincing this guy that he had been pranked. He said; You don't remember requesting a trial? Are you at this address and is this your phone number? I said yes, that's my number and it's published in the white pages, anybody can get it.
So, he said he would put me on the "do not call list" BUT it could take up to 30 days.
Now, who would do such an immature thing? I'm baffled.

They should be forced to choose between San Francisco and Manhattan. They don't belong in the general population. Besides that, we need a website until that happens. We need to know when they move into our neighborhood, or next to a school. You know, like the sites that track child molesters and convicted felons.
